Commissioned on their own, or combined into a defined project scope across any of the four technology areas. The mark in each cell is the claim: this service applies to that area.
Designed around reality
A technically valid design is not enough
The solution must also be practical to install, access, operate and maintain. T2Core considers site access, cable routes, mounting positions, power, disruption and handover while decisions can still be improved — not after a theoretical design has already been issued.
Where something sits outside the agreed scope, we identify the dependency, assumption or risk clearly rather than ignoring it or taking on unapproved work.
What site conditions do to a design
01Issued
A design that works on paper
Three access points, positioned for coverage and capacity across the floor, with containment back to the comms room.
02Condition 01
The wall is structural
The route crossing it cannot be drilled. Either the containment changes or the position does, and it is cheaper to find out now.
03Condition 02
There is no access above the ceiling
A sealed void takes a whole zone out of reach for installation and for everything that has to be maintained after handover.
04Condition 03
There is no power at that position
A mounting position with no local supply and no spare capacity on the switch is a position that cannot be delivered as drawn.
05Revised
A design that can also be installed
Positions and routes adjusted around what the building allows, with the dependencies recorded rather than discovered on site.

Experience behind T2Core
Operational experience behind the engineering judgement
T2Core is led by Bogdan Mihalache, who brings 25 years working in IT and technology, including 15 years in hospitality IT.
That experience informs a practical approach to design and delivery: understand how a live site operates, identify dependencies early, coordinate the people and systems involved, and leave work in a state that can be supported after handover.
