Networks & Connectivity

Networks designed for the environment in which they must operate

T2Core helps translate technical and operational requirements into practical wired-network infrastructure and integrated connectivity.

Cabinet elevation. A drawing of a type of cabinet, not a record of one.

Depending on the engagement, this can include:

  • 01network architecture and design
  • 02site and infrastructure assessment
  • 03structured cabling and fibre within the network scope
  • 04network deployment, configuration and commissioning
  • 05internet-service readiness, handoff coordination and network integration
  • 06remediation planning
  • 07known-state and handover documentation

Typical outputs

  • Requirements and constraints record
  • Proposed topology or design documentation
  • Scope, assumptions and dependencies
  • Configuration and commissioning evidence where contracted
  • Known-state and handover documentation

Where an internet service or another third-party dependency is involved, responsibilities and delivery boundaries are confirmed explicitly. T2Core does not present itself as the carrier.

Wi-Fi & Wireless

Wireless design grounded in measurement and site reality

Effective wireless design requires more than placing access-point symbols on a floor plan. T2Core considers how the environment will be used and how the proposed solution can actually be installed and maintained.

Survey plan. Sample positions on an invented floor plate, not a measurement of any site.

Depending on the engagement, this can include:

  • 01Wi-Fi surveys and site assessment
  • 02wireless network design and practical access-point positioning
  • 03coverage, capacity and interference analysis
  • 04cable-route, access, mounting and power considerations
  • 05Wi-Fi installation oversight and wireless deployment
  • 06configuration and optimisation
  • 07post-deployment wireless validation
  • 08Wi-Fi troubleshooting and remediation planning

Typical outputs

  • Survey findings and assumptions
  • Design or remediation recommendations
  • Positioning and dependency information
  • Validation results and exceptions
  • Handover record

Try it

Move the access point

Drag it, or focus the plan and use the arrow keys. The model applies distance loss and per-wall attenuation, so the concrete core costs far more than the stud partition and the answer changes with the position.

This is a teaching model, not a survey. It uses a simplified path-loss calculation on an invented floor plate, ignores everything a real survey measures, and describes no building. A real design starts from a measured site, an agreed survey type and stated performance objectives.

The survey type, performance objectives, evidence and limitations are agreed before work begins.

Voice & Unified Communications

Communications integrated with the network and the site

T2Core supports the design, readiness, integration and delivery of voice and unified-communications systems as part of the wider technology environment.

Endpoint schematic. Illustrative: it describes no architecture and no service.

Depending on the engagement, this can include:

  • 01requirements, solution design and UC technical consultancy
  • 02communications site-readiness and network review
  • 03business voice deployment planning
  • 04supplier and site coordination
  • 05configuration and unified-communications integration
  • 06testing and commissioning
  • 07technical handover

Typical outputs

  • Requirements, dependencies and design decisions
  • Readiness or deployment plan
  • Configuration and test evidence where contracted
  • Handover and exception record

Carrier services, number ownership, emergency-calling responsibilities and managed support remain subject to the agreed scope and responsible provider.

Connected TV & Hospitality Technology

Guest-facing technology designed around live operations

Connected-TV and hospitality systems depend on more than the endpoint. Hotel network readiness, wireless conditions, physical access, room status, operational disruption and handover all influence the result.

Guest-room elevation. A drawing of a type of room, not a record of one.

Depending on the engagement, this can include:

  • 01connected-TV integration and guest-technology design
  • 02network, wireless and site-readiness assessment
  • 03integration and deployment planning
  • 04supplier and site coordination
  • 05commissioning and validation
  • 06documentation and technical handover
  • 07technical advice shaped by hospitality operating experience

Typical outputs

  • Requirements and integration dependencies
  • Design or deployment plan
  • Commissioning and test record
  • Known-state documentation and handover

Specific platforms, content services and support responsibilities are confirmed for each project.

Technical Consultancy & Design Assurance

Practical technical judgement before cost and risk are committed

T2Core provides focused network consultancy where a customer needs to understand the current position, compare technical options, develop a scope or test whether a proposed design will work in practice.

Depending on the engagement, this can include:

  • 01discovery and feasibility assessment
  • 02technical option evaluation
  • 03network and site audits
  • 04scope development and technical specifications
  • 05technical design review and delivery-readiness assessment
  • 06risk, dependency and assumption records
  • 07remediation strategies
  • 08independent technical advice within the agreed subject area

Typical outputs

  • Decision or options paper
  • Requirements, assumptions and risk record
  • Reviewed design with comments
  • Scope or technical specification
  • Remediation roadmap

The output and decision authority are defined at the start so that advice, design ownership and delivery responsibility remain clear.

Project & Delivery Management

Technical delivery kept coordinated from scope to handover

Technology projects become difficult when responsibilities, dependencies and changes are not actively managed. T2Core provides technical project and delivery management for the systems and environments it understands.

Depending on the engagement, this can include:

  • 01network project delivery planning and work-package definition
  • 02supplier, contractor, customer and site-team coordination
  • 03access and dependency tracking
  • 04risk, issue, decision and change control
  • 05installation oversight
  • 06progress and exception reporting
  • 07commissioning coordination
  • 08handover management

Typical outputs

  • Delivery plan and responsibility map
  • Dependency, risk, issue and decision records
  • Progress reporting proportionate to the engagement
  • Change and exception records
  • Commissioning and handover plan

This is technical project and delivery management — technology deployment management within the agreed technical scope, not corporate, construction or programme management. The agreed scope identifies which parties, budgets, permits, safety duties and programme decisions remain with the customer or others.

Assurance, Troubleshooting & Handover

Establish the facts, resolve what is agreed and document the result

Technical assurance starts with facts. T2Core uses structured investigation and evidence to understand existing conditions, faults and delivery quality.

Depending on the engagement, this can include:

  • 01network audits and site assessments
  • 02network troubleshooting and fault investigation
  • 03remediation planning and coordination
  • 04installation or configuration quality review
  • 05network testing and validation
  • 06exception and risk records
  • 07documentation and technical handover

Typical outputs

  • Findings, evidence and limitations
  • Fault or risk assessment
  • Prioritised remediation actions
  • Validation results and unresolved exceptions
  • Handover documentation

Access, credentials, existing information, test conditions and third-party dependencies are confirmed before any outcome or timescale is committed.

Start with the required outcome

If the exact service is not yet clear, describe the problem, project or decision you are facing. T2Core will help establish an appropriate next step without assuming a larger scope than the situation needs.

Locations and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each project.
